I think it’s great that I can be part of the ASR Vitality team as captain / ambassador by motivating and stimulating people.
ASR Vitality is a great program, based on scientific research. It has been shown that a healthier lifestyle almost only has positive effects on body and mind. By getting started with the program, more awareness is created of a healthier lifestyle, stimulated by reward.
I mainly feel like an expert by experience. Both during my top sports career and in my current life, I get the most energy and best results when I have a balance between hard work / relaxation / sufficient exercise / sleep and good nutrition as fuel.
A healthier lifestyle makes you feel more vital. Do you have more energy, more resilience, more resilience and less chance of chronic diseases or a burn-out … who wouldn’t want that?!
